I’ve been working closely with a company in Germany (yes, Germany!) called WildeStein to develop an identity for their budding filmography business. They make documentaries and asked me to come up with a logo that was strong and unique. Their name quite literally translates to “WildStone”, and they are horse lovers, so I decided to combine the two and this is what we ended up with.
I also designed business cards and a letterhead for them, and the logo had a few additional versions, including a b&w version, one with the company name, and another one with the company name and their tag line.
This was a fun project because it was a reminder how big the world is, yet how easy technology makes it to collaborate with people across the globe. We used Skype and email to communicate, which made rounds of edits fly by.
