I met Patrick back when I was in college, a young whippersnapper ready to take on the world. Fast forward about ten years, and I can’t say I’ve taken on the world in any way, but I do have Patrick to thank for a lot of my success. He’s always been a big believer in me, pushing me to be my best and helping me start my business with new clients last year.
I was thrilled when I got to take his family’s portrait in December. The photographs were destined to be a gift, which I love. There’s nothing better than knowing a photograph I am taking will be treasured within the family for years to come as a print. We met at beautiful Schartner’s Farm in Exeter, RI, where their Cut-Your-Own Christmas Tree event was going strong. It was unseasonably warm so everyone was comfortable in light sweaters, which was so nice of Mother Nature! I photographed their extended family, also, and we got some images of all of the cousins together. Too cute!
