Lida and Chad are longtime clients of mine and I was so excited when they booked me to photograph their second baby’s birth at Newport Hospital. I block out an entire month on my schedule when I book a birth; 2 weeks before the due date to 2 weeks after the due date. During that month, I do not travel out of state or book things I cannot reschedule, in case my birth client goes into labour. But Baby Eve did not play by our rules, and she came super early. I happened to be out of state at a wedding when Lida told me the baby was coming early, so I called Audrey from Massart Photography and she thankfully met Chad and Lida at the hospital shortly after Eve was born for some portraits. I was able to edit the portraits and deliver them to Chad and Lida. Thank you so much Audrey!
