I photographed Lauren and Wyatt’s intimate ceremony at The Ocean House last summer, and they finally got their turn for the reception of their dreams at The Bohlin in Newport, which is SUCH a cool venue. Their brilliant florist Greenlion Design collaborated with Ryan Designs to create a stunning display of flowers that were suspended above the main table in the tent. Lauren and Wyatt arrived to their reception by boat, courtesy of The Antique Yacht Collection, and were greeted by all of their guests, who were waiting on the pier for them. They went straight into cocktail hour and then dinner and dancing. At nightfall, their guests were invited out to the deck to view the video of their 2020 ceremony, created by Move Mountains Co. and enjoy popcorn during the show! I thought that was pretty sweet.
Lauren then changed outfits into a showstopping Monique Lhuillier gown. There was a Del’s lemonade cart, a raw bar, twinkle lights, great entertainment, and to top it all off, we had a perfect weather day.
