I firmly believe that great memories are made on a daily basis, and a family portrait session is a perfect way to immortalize those sweet moments with high-quality images you can print and hang on the walls of your home.

A family portrait photography session lasts about 1-2 hours, depending on the number of family members, and I shoot on location all over RI in beautiful outdoor settings all year round. I will photograph your family laughing and having a great time, and then I will lightly pose you for portraits. I love capturing a mix of posed and unposed portraits, because you’ll have the best of both worlds. People also tend to actually enjoy themselves when I’m out photographing them, too, simply because we have so much fun and I encourage everyone to be themselves.

Since becoming a mom I have developed a portrait style that’s more “play” rather than “pose”. There are a million photographers who are experts at posing and will pose you to perfection but personally I prefer the images that evoke real emotions and create happy memories, and that’s what I try to give my clients. I want to give you images that mirror what you remember. Plus no toddler loves to be posed but every kid loves to play! Let’s be honest, the adults have way more fun also. So get out there, play with your kids, and let me come photograph it for you!

The relationship I have with my clients starts the moment a client contacts me to schedule a session, grows as I photograph their family, event or beloved pet, and culminates with the delivery of their timeless images. I include digital files with all of my sessions. There is an option to upgrade to include full galleries of images, and also to print the images through my professional lab. Images are printed on archival paper, fine art canvases, or heirloom albums that you will be proud to pass onto your children and grandchildren. I work with the finest colour labs in the country and ensure that the finished products are of the highest quality.

My schedule is very flexible to meet the demands of busy schedules.
